  1. Yes it's a cheetah with cast cylinder luckily for me it's not nikasil so it can be bored.
  2. Your right, found the original build sheet. It's a 64mm stroke with Wiseco 71.92mm pistons. Louie from Twister is currently trying to locate a set. Apparently there is something abnormal about them and aren't that easy to locate.
  3. 712M07250 look like they are for a 73mm stroke and require nykasil cylinders 536M07250 look like they are for a 60mm stroke. I have a 63mm stroke because of the 125mm rods. Any other ideas? Thanks for the input guys
  4. Ok I no this page is full of knowledge and need some help. I just restored a banshee with a 10mil Cheetah in it. I removed the PV and had the motor gone through by a local shop. On the second time out it began to run like crap, so I took it back to the shop. They tore into it and discovered the one of my reeds (VForce 2) had a broken pedal. With further review they discovered that one of the screws (typical) came loose from the reed and took out my piston and dome. Where is where I need advice... It has 125mm rods, 72.5 pistons with 18mm wrist pins. I have been told that these pistons with 18mm wrist pins are obsolete and only a couple left in existence and cost $350-400.00 a pair. Is that true? Does anyone know of a vendor that I can find these? Thanks in advance
  5. The bike is still at the shop, I should have it back in a few days so I can get the number off the piston then. I haven't called anyone yet, just thought I would ask around in the meantime.
