Like new 21-12-8 10 Paddle Haulers
Tyler James Inc replied to Tyler James Inc's topic in For Sale - Tires
Like I said, open to offers. $500 is over what they are new. I just threw it out there since you asked. If you're really interested, PM me what you're looking to spend on em. Sent from a porta potty. -

Tried my hand and cuttin the seat and recovering it. Not perfect, but I'm happy with it for my first time. And smoothed my stator cover for shits and gigs Sent from a porta potty. -
I guess it's good insurance if nothin else. Is a warning pretty standard? I would rather just keep the FX at the rig, and throw em on if I get hassled. Sent from a porta potty.

Where do they hassle people the most for sound? I don't wanna buy CSFX silencers if I don't need em, but I don't wanna have to sit at camp and not ride cause I didn't buy em. Sand Lake? Florence? Winchester? Sent from a porta potty.

Says the guy with cut fronts as his avatar... Sent from a porta potty. -
Free-hand not recommended; it would definitely be advisable to use tape. That said, when I puss'd out and used tape on the rears, I fucked em up. Figures. Sent from a porta potty.

I used a heat gun to relax the plastic and make it easier to cut. I then used a new razor blade and just free-handed them. The cuts turned out awesome. It was my first time, but I wouldn't do it any differently. I used a fine scotch pad on a 2" pad air angle to finish the edges. Like I said, worked awesome. Sent from a porta potty.

Got a buddy who works at a big fab shop in town that has a lot of contacts that had it done for me. A good powder job is $3-400 around here though. Sent from a porta potty. -

Thanks guys. Yeah, my buddy; aka- my wife; aka- me [emoji12] I knew I'd catch hell for it, but it's about flawless aside from the rear fenders being pretty jacked. And neither one of us like the fronts at all. It's just plastics, guys Sent from a porta potty. -

Loved the raw pipes, but figured I wouldn't be able to maintain em, so black they went. Sent from a porta potty. -
24:1 or 32:1 with Yamalube 2R?
Tyler James Inc replied to BrokeVW's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Oh crazy. I guess lubrication super ceded octane necessity. Sent from a porta potty. -
24:1 or 32:1 with Yamalube 2R?
Tyler James Inc replied to BrokeVW's topic in General Banshee Discussion
You may not care, but the more oil you mix in, the less effective octane level you will be running. Just throwin that out there. EDIT- Strm trpr beat me to it. On the AmsOil bottle, it recommends 50:1. Redline Synthetic has a chart for 32, 40, 50, and 100:1. My father in law has ran 100:1 in all his small 2-strokes for years without any problems. My wife's 100% stock '06 ran like shit and fouled plugs with 32:1. Threw in 40:1 and it solved the issues it was having. I know guys run 32:1 with no problems, but for some reason hers won't run right on it. Sent from a porta potty. -

Bent Cascade v-bars rattled black. One of the many things I plan on changing for the "finished" product. Sent from a porta potty. -
Still have a lot of things I want to change, and I lot of details to work on, but had a trip this last weekend I really wanted to throw it together for. Got the frame from powder at 7pm Friday- Didn't go as quickly as I had thought it would. 3:20am when I decided to clean the garage up, and start fresh- got a second wind and kept goin- Finally all together and ready to load at 8am. I had no idea if it would even start, but I said eff it and threw it in the truck- Brandon was thrilled to be up after his 2hr nap. Pussy. Got to Sand Lake, threw some fuel in it and it fired right up

Have 4 days on em. PO said he got em when he had the motor built, then blew the motor on the second trip out when he ran outta fuel. I took em out on 3 short rides this last weekend. Would like to trade for a set of equally barely used 22-11-8 72RO 10 paddle extremes. Don't really want to sell, but for the right offer, I would. Sent from a porta potty.

I have a Moose that I took off for the Chariot. PM me an offer if you're interested. It's anodized clear, but could be chromed or polished. Sent from a porta potty.

X2 on the Righteous Stunt Metal clutch lever. Buddies all run em on their stunters and say NOTHING even comes close. Those clutch springs are heavier than ours(stock/stock), and the pull is like butta on the bikes I've ridden with the RSM's. Haven't ordered one for my bike yet, so I don't have any experience with one on a banshee. They make a "dirt bike" cable spacer, and I'm not sure, but I assume we would need that spacer for ours. Oh nice! You're building the engine, right? I'm confident it will turn out just perfect. Sent from a porta potty.
