  1. I'm just saying the only way you can ACTUALLY determine the piston an inspect it is to take the jugs off. Cause you can't see the rings all way around or the exhaust side of the piston
  2. I didn't pay anything I had them clean it up , an smooth the ports out. An cut the head down just a little. I know the owner so all my work is free
  3. Also would a cool head work with athena cylinders, or pro design?
  4. Only a trail bike if I wanted to race I'd go buy done cubs but I think for trails even 35hp is fine. But time will tell. Thanks
  5. I got it with the 4mil an everything else I done. Except the cylinders being honed , an ports smoothen out. An yea I know dyno is the only way I just figured I try to get a number thanks though !
  6. V-force 4 reeds , stock timing , stage 5 pro circuit pipes , an 28 mikuni
  7. Well yea I know it puts out more then that , I was just saying .
  8. I'm about half asleep trying to reply back on this post . Only thing I asked is a hp range. It's not a race bike only trails. So if it's only got 30hp then that's fine .
  9. Id haft to call tomorrow an ask exactly what was done but I know they smoothed the ports an shaved the head down a tiny bit .
  10. The head was polished , the cylinders had the ports where drimmled out an smoothen out for better flow
  11. It's only a trail bike I got another bike for racing , I was just tryna a round about number on this bike.
  12. It's just not any ordinary machine shop I should have mentioned. They specialize in rebuilding porting engines for racing. They have there own engines they do an race.
  13. What does head lights haft to do with power ratio? An the chain is stock length an gearing is bumped up one notch for more speed. Tire pressure id haft to check , but pretty sure it's standard pressure the maxxis tire calls for that's on it.
