the location on the original pistons when i bought it were higher than the vito's piston. The cylinders were 5" and the case deck is 2 1/2" to the top of the base to the bottom of the jug " The vitos's part #V96870M68 and its about 1/8" or so tler than the piston that came in it which have the markings 8590H, 8963 and 69.95mm.

I couldn't because the file size is too big. Which builder do you recommend?

I have a piston with the markings 8590H 8963 and bore size 69.95 and I was wondering who made it. I tried searching to no avail, also what would be the next size up? I have to send the cylinders out but I have to buy the pistons and ship them with the cylinders for a top end rebuild. Any help will be much appreciated

I'm still very new to quads but I'm learning. I looked in the yamaha repair manual and it doesn't give details on how to remove the clutch push lever. Could anyone give me a few details on how to remove it?

Oh ok, thanks guys

Does wiseco have the size stamped anywhere on their pistons?

I have the manual just not familiar with it because its only my second bike and I never had any clutch problems until now

I bought it that way and the only thing i have done to it so far is change the clutch cover due to it having a crack in it, I didn't touch anything else
