    Except it will peal off easy enough with a nice pressure washer, and it's dull finish looks like shit. If I was going for the trailer park look I'd for sure use it. Some kid sprayed it on the wheelie bar of his yfz before I bought it from him...I grabbed it one time to move the ass end, and it started peeling.

    Why does everyone resort to plasti dip? I personally think that stuff is garbage...I would prefer to rattle can them any day over that shit.

    If you do any trial riding I don't recommend painting them, let them rough, or buy some nicer ones. I personally would never buy a bike with painted plastics.

    I have used stainless steel pot scrubbers as well, they last and don't sound too bad actually.

    Snap ring pliers are helpful.

    I'm pretty sure there is just a large snap ring holding the tip on...take it off the screen in the canister will come out. Wrap the fiberglass packing tightly around it, put it back together. Like I said it's pretty simple.
