I"m looking into getting a new extended axle but I do not want it to be any wider then my front is. Right now I have +2+1 a-arms, what size axle would put me at the same width or slightly more narrow then my front end is?
Got it out, swinger is back on. Thanks though I appreciate it. I might need you to sync my carbs after I change my throttle if you can. Thanks again for the offer
Haha what's up Carl. This is Nick from Massapequa, you just fixed my blue and white banshee a couple weeks ago actually and told me I needed new swingarm bearings too. My friends gonna give it a go at these out tomorrow; but if we still can't get them out I'll give you a call. Thanks
I'm trying to replace the swing arm bearings but both of the old bearing races are stuck inside the swing arm. Any tricks to get these out without damaging the swingarm?
Selling 2 stock banshee carbs. They are in working condition. Needs a new choke plunge, the one that is on it does not stay out when pulled. Also the slide springs have been cut for easier throttle pull. I believe they come with 25 pilot jets and 280 main jets. They could use a cleaning externally but worked fine before I took them off. 60$ or trade? Looking for a front bumper
It idles fine. I don't think there is an air leak because it ran fine before I changed the carbs. So to go richer on the needle I move it down one groove right?
Just switched my stock carbs for mikuni 28mm flat slides. As suggested I tried out 300 main jets, 30 pilot jets and 2nd clip on the needle. The best I got it running was with the idle screws 2 turns out and the air/fuel screws fully turned in, and it was still breaking up in the low to mid range but it seemed to pull fine up top. Where do you guys think I should go from here with jetting?
