I talked to all the guys at eastcoast and they have great customer service . Me snd my brother even sat and talked personally with Dave in the back of eastcoastcejy he was building a banshee for hours , and when sumbody stoke my brother 2004 yfz 450 with 520 Stroker motor and they parted out to eastciasr cycle . Dave from eastcoast cycle gave him everything back free of charged , fresher up the engine with free fresh tires !

I actually want to build a bike . Everytime I buy a running bike . I turn and and switch out everything anyway . Instead in buying a bike for $1800 and up and turnaround and $1500-$2500 in it . Rather build a bike from the ground up for $1800-$2500.

The engine has a stock stroke true & welded crank , weisco 0.30 over pistons , billet adjustable timing plate set at +4 degrees timing , t5 full exhaust , vforce 4 reeds , moose reed spacer , billet water pump , oversized radiator , 15/40 geared sprockets . I don't know what size carburetor's to go with. I was thinking between 28-30mm ? An was size domes to use with pro design cool heads? I want to stay on pump gas .

I just now had my top end rebuilt and bottom end freshened up . Now I purchased my base gasket from Eastcoast Atv , but that base gasket is green colored and is made out of a material rubber/paper like . I don't know if the gasket is not torque or tightened down enough . But I like the stock Yamaha banshee base cylinder metal gasket . Out of the 2 gaskets which one seals better ?An I have another leak around my engine clutch side caseing . I brought 9 new screws for the clutch side casing , the screws have hex head . An I also have brought lock tight glue, washer locks and high temp rtv glue . For the clutch side caseing. An I also have a leak around my Vito's billet cool heads . It's leaking threw the screws . But I think my mechanic has to tighten the heads screws all down. What do you guys think?

What are the pros and cons on negative vs plus timing setting on a adjustable timing plate ?

I'm bringn this topic up on this 3 different parts, I keep hearing that banshee stock radiator , stock head , stock water pump and gear parts run better and are more durable . Than aftermarket cool heads , aftermarket rads , billet water pump and billet gear . What's the real truth?
