  13. ok so final go tmy cub put togethor and started it last night, if fired right up, i went up a little on jetting from my stock cylinder 4mil, I started it with a 155m and 38p , i had a 152m and 38p on my stock cyl setup. well i started the bike and its rich to the point it bearly hold and idle then shuts of, WHY WOULD A BIGGER MOTOR NEED LESS FUEL? Should i just go back down on my main, to a 152, i also have a 150m to try
  14. I decided to go without them for my cub build, i got upp intakes that clear my 35s from the clutch arms
  15. Ok i put locktite on my studs and final have success!!!!! Right torque and no leaks thanks guys
  16. You can put a new sleeve to make them 68mm but its a waist of money , a set of nicely ported cylinders will run better set up right, so buy newer cylinders and have one of the site sponsors port them brandon at wildcard can hook you up. Also putting that big of a sleeve will reduce your water passages on your cylinders and affect cooling. If you have money to spare go 68mm cub and fly
  17. Contact kevin at herr jugs , he built my last motor , a stock cylinder ported 4mil, it was a blast tons of power everywhere , he will set u up with what you need
  18. Is running reed spacers worth the extra gasket or not? do they help performance if so how should i install them , reed/spacer/intake/carb or spacer/reed/intake/carb , if decide not to run them i would need to get shorter bolts. Let me know thanks
  19. Quick question how much is the stud supposed to stick out of the head, because mine on stuck out about a 1/4 of an inch
  20. so trickedcarbine you think, i should just locktite them first?
  21. Thanks guy yea im ordering new studs, i spoke to chariot and they said to hand tighten the studs and put the head on , the torque from the nuts will tighten the studs too
