She was running perfect for 3 hours then all of sudden it started reving to the moon and I pulled in the clutch lever in and it didnt do anything it did not stop the quad just reved up high. But Since I took it apart to check it out the clutch actuator moves freely but it didn’t wanna move prior of taking it apart . Tomorrow I’ll check again if it moves with it all together.I do know once the ball came out the actuator moved no problem.i know the rod and ball is not welded atleast the ball and rod came out seperate .so I can knock that off the list that’s it’s not that, but you never know I could be wrong.im thinking maybe the clutch cable is stretched and I need a new one,but what do I know.i thought I adjusted the bolt on the clutch hub, I literally loosened it tighten the Phillips bolt I felt some slight resistance and stopped and tighten the bolt And left it with some play like suggested, also the mark in the case matched with the actuator,so idk what it could be,Any suggestions to what to do or to check let me know,l. I would really appreciate it.

I have gotten the project running put the new driveline clutch I was driving it for three hours perfectly then pulled into my house and the bike started reving I thought I was adjusted the original clutch basket but I guess I didn’t do it correctly. to the moon and the clutch wouldn’t work to stop the bike or to shut it off so I pulled my tether.i checked the actuator and I can’t push it with my hand any more.what can be the problem?did I weld me rod and ball? Can I take it out with out taking the cases apart?

I’m getting my shocks rebuilt, I was gonna use jocaga suspension, I feel he was giving me a fair price on rebuilding my work shocks and my rear shock.if you guys know anybody cheaper and still has his quality of work, please let me know .I would like to save every penny I can for the build. You never know what you save on one part or job you could possible get you ready to purchase another part.

Yeah I’m just being lazy really I don’t wanna tear down the whole motor because if I do I might as well refresh it or just rebuild it completely. If I could get it welded without of taking it apart I’ll be happy but that’s in another dimension, I have no choice but to take it apart. -

Re do banshee parts suggest take off the nuetral plastic cover, the shift shaft and shift shaft seal and get it welded With it together, I just don’t wanna damage it more than I have to,if you guys tell me your advice I would appreciate,I’m just most probably gonna take it all apart. -

I plan on getting it welded it’s the correct way unless buying cases but I’m trying to see if I really gotta break it down because if I do break it down I might aswell just rebuild the entire motor and go through the drivetrain and see and if needed repairs or see something not right fix the problem.l, I was kinda just hoping to fix the minor bs thing drive it till I blow it up, and then break it down. -

Na he was a cool dude very honest man.im really dreading on taking it apart completely,I’ve been told by re do banshee parts and others to weld it all together but others say to take it apart, I guess I’m stuck taking it all apart unless I get some type of suggestions not to from some more banshee gurus. -
