  1. don't shave it .30 of an inch thats almost 1/3 of an inch. I've been noticing people giving advice on how much to remove off the head and giving the wrong info. You want to remove no more then .030 of an inch. .03 of an inch is about 1/32 of an inch or about the thickness of 10 sheets of printer paper.
  2. I got a +2-1 a-arm and was wondering what everyone's chamber and toe is set at. and also if those settings are when your weight is on it, or off of it.

  6. most windows programs will need you to install it in each computer...Most of the time the software will write to your registry, something like a config file that has parameters for the prog. What you can do is share the folder the program is in and try to run it for the other computer. Chances are you won't be able to run one installation between the network.
  7. Picked up the crank, it was the wiseco hot rod h129....Very happy with it, now i got to split the case...
  8. thanks for the heads up guys....i think i just got ripped...
  9. so what do you think of the seller? I was under the impression that this was the hot rod long stroker, but now looking closer to the ad, it doens't mention anthing about hot rod, but the picture they show looks exactly the same as the hot rods. Just trying to figure out if they're trying to pull the wool over my eyes....

  11. Can someone give me a hint on how to remove the joints from the stock a-arms? I removed the cotter pin and crown nut, but was unable to loosen the joints. Any trick to removing the rubber boot that cover the joints. looks like there is some kind of spring clip that holds it in place. Do I need to remove that to remove the joints. Basicly what im trying to do is, change stock a-arms with new ASR +2+1 a-arms.
  12. Excuse me for my ignorance, I looked at keihin's webpage and didn't see any productline thats for 2 into 1. Is it the same as the dual carbs, but only using a single carb that is bigger to compensate for 2 smaller ones? Can someone give me a link, or some part #'s. I would like to do some more research.
