would it be possible to permanently seal up those waterways? like say with devcon or a metal filler or something? i have a limited time frame to get it together as i dont spend much time at home and the local bike shops never seem to have any spares in stock so im just thinking about alternative options in case they let me down again...

Need some help info, im just putting my shee back together and it has bubbers in the bottom of the old barrels, do they need to be fitted to the new barrels?

I melted down one piston (due to not checking the radiator properly before a ride) so am rebuilding the big girl. its my first banshee, and quad so go easy! as i brought the bike with the cash for my girlfriends engagement ring and now had to rebuild still without her ring iv been on a tight budget so i opted for the 392 athena kit. the bike is running fmf pipes with powercore 2 mufflers, an opened up airbox with k&n pod and it was already running a little lean. what size jetting would be a good starting point for this setup with the 392 kit? im in australia at sea level, and ride a mix of dunes and rocky trails. ant help will be greatly appreciated cheers
