  2. To what I'm seeing of the mods you got... I'd go with CPI's or you should look up snipers, they can hand make the best suitable pipes to match the performance of your engine. Just tell them the mods you got on yours and they will make it.
  3. I'd rebild the whole thing with new rings n bearings... I'd recommend to refresh with new pistons for longer life.. longer ride, worryfree.

  7. This came along with the Raptor 700 I bought and it FITS BANSHEE HUBS as well... I used it on my banshee couple times doing duning sports and it works wonderful. Theres a lil warp on one of the wheel but not too predictable and does NOT affect any performance. The tires still got its center line sticking out meaning its rarely used. Make me an good offer.

  9. I got my bike done dynoing and the paper shows the best performance at timing degree 7 above zero. Redline had it backed down 2 degrees which makes it set at exactly 5 degree for better kickstarting and quick start less likely to not knock the pin off behind the flywheel.. question here is can i knock it back up to 7 without any tuning since there was no tuning done when it was backed down to 5... myself i never done any timing job thats why im trying to get ideas before i do it myself... what do y'all think... leave it at 5 or kick it back up to 7 to get the true dyno power..
  10. your plugs look burnt and I never burnt mine using 260 main 25 but a 280 seems richer when i ran them in my 04 banshee ( no airbox take those damn thing out and never put back in!)
  11. I am selling this 89 blaster everything new even the motor. Not currently running. The only probem with it is the harness is switched somewhere after being put back together with all the new paint and stuffs. It been sitting for a while but good working atv after someone gets the harnessing all corrected out. All parts there... None needed to buy for it just an wiring expert needed for a hour or so. This motor got 4 harness stator... Normally stock got 6 harness stator.. I think I might of gotten the wrong stator for the motor while it was being assembled. Very very fast teenager sport atv. Interested? I'm willing to take any good offers! I would trade for any OLD good running 4x4 quad for hunting. Any CC is fine just as long as it got low hours and runs real good. Text me at 541 622 5834 or email me here. I'm not highly positively sure of selling this atv but seeing what offers are, if I like the offer I may consider it.
  12. 120 hp here... 12 paddle xtreme haulers, i slap mine in 3rd and it spins for just few seconds then it pulls your ass forth and wheelies a long way until i have to shift into 4th. Try that?
  13. BIGRED, 100hp isnt bad. I'm only 20 more horses above you but good luck just make sure your handlebar is clamped on tight or your bucked off and I been there already thats why im tellin u.
  14. Heres Cody, Owner of a 10mil 570cc twister running on 110 octane with 38:1 mixture.... I slap mine in 3rd in flats bec im 200 pounds at the dot. My bike is set for 255lbs in 2nd. What helps is the +12 extension swinger and +2 extended A arms with axles. All i can say is... Felt worser than an rocket taking off. I always love the drag banshees! If u aint got any fears, just hop on ride with jesus!
  15. Sled? I have Polaris RMK 900 big sled! hmmm are you losing power by a notch? other than that to what im reading... The only thing I know that fouls plugs... wrong jettings ( it can even ride nice but motor not combinating right with air/fuel and its harder to tell with snowmobiles) Polaris has self-adjustment carbs, those are hand free elevation adjustment.. Thats why those snowmobiles are expensive.. I dont know what type of motor you got... Once i know i'll pm you with all the details to do... I work on snowmobiles all times.. My grandpa got 7 of them up the lake.. holler back buddy

      I had it repaired and looked over by CP Racing in Central Point, OR. Came out of the shop, springs keep blowing off still even he redone my pipe mounting on the pedals only and done adjustment... Its just the springs that is irriating me badly! 7.00 a piece! i tried various sizes.. 80 blew off, 90 single was too soft where the pipes gets pushed off a little bit.. that gave me an idea to try dual 90mm each side mounting both bottom end, and dual 85's each side mounted on top par...

I am using fullbore plastic just front towards the tank thats it, it works better than joint plastics (stock) if you want email me at tenmilbansheerider98@gmail.com and ill send u pic of my plastic setup which should be so simple for you, it bolts on tight and doesnt crack or make rattle noises at all
