  8. Good to hear, it is not a bad little place. Enjoy the rest of your trip.
  9. If your riding I80 you could stop and hit the Salt Flats in Utah, then ride up the road another 40 miles or so and go to a small dune area called Knolls right off 80 it is not a bad little place for some riding. Then from there you can ride east on 80 again to exit 77 and as you get there you will find another riding area not much in the way of sand more dirt/gravel area. It is fairly large not sure of how much fun but it is something. After that I there is really nothing fun for Banshee's until Wyoming and I don't remember exactly where to ride there. Good Luck and Have fun
  10. I will try to make it again, Might actually stay the weekend this time. Less people and more fun the what you find the weekend prior.
  11. I have one and I am in Utah too. Front is not straight and I don't have a title.
  12. Ok so just wanted to give an update and tell everyone thanks for all the input and what not. After taking this down to Wildcard and spending about 12 hours working on it, I found that the seal between the Trans and the engine (right side) was installed backwards and was sucking trans fluid. So after a complete tear down and rebuild it now is back to running. So thank you everyone for the places to check and look for. And a Big Thanks to Wildcard Racing for all the use of your shop, knowledge and help. For anyone that says he outsources his porting and polishing, you are dead wrong. He was hours into working on one while I was there. Damn, is all I can say to that set of cylinders. That is going to be a screaming machine

  14. I really like these http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/43/53/222/960/604/474/Cascade-Chain-Slider
  15. It was on the head that I just took off. along with with head gasket. I am going to have to look it over and see what i can come up with. I think I might have found the pin holes in the head though so waiting to see.
  16. I have only owned this quad from around January this year.
  17. Ok Starwriter guess that is a posibility but those that know me know I am not that way. But that is hell'a funny. Just another question to ask but is it possible to buy a Head Gasket with a silicone coating on it? I just spent so time trying to clean that stuff off my head and jugs, seems odd for a head gasket.
  18. No Starwriter you seem to have it all fucked in your head. I am going to take a bike down to a ride and work on it. I will pick the brains of my friends while we are sitting around the fire at night or having a bite to eat for lunch, so that I can find out what is going on and try to get it fixed before the ride is over. Besides that my firend has the tools that I need to fix said bike I just have to find the time to go to his place to use them.
  19. After checking my engine over I found that I have the exact amount of tranny fluid in it that I put in it. But my antifreeze is about a pint or so. no where near what i put into it. Thanks Brandon for allowing me to come down and work on it but I will not have time to do that before the ride in two weeks. So looks like I will have to bring it with me and see what we can get done. I would really love the help though.
  20. Jereme6655 Yes the top of one piston is washed clean and the other one has carbon on top. Funny thing is the cylinder that is burning the white smoke is the one with the carbon build up and the one that is washed it the side that is burning clean no smoke and easy going.
  21. This is the other head that I was going to try and see if I got a different outcome
  22. Ok so I took the bike out for a ride and after the shee was really good and warm, the right side started to smoke really bad, I beleive with it being white as clouds that it is antifreeze. After pulling the head I dont see anything that would suggest a antifreeze leak unless it is a pin hole. This is the head
  23. CrazyCracker520 Thanks, the cushions I am talking about go with the friction plates and clutch plate. I should have been more descriptive about what I was talking about. The O Ring your talking about is good. Thanks Abe, Thanks that is what i really wanted to know. I don't want to buy them if they are not going to be of benefit. So that helps a bunch.
  24. This should be a really easy one to answer but maybe i am just thinking it is. I got a new banshee and I am putting it back together so I have the clutch basket pulled off the bike and I have been checking it for wear. When i went to put it back together and read a yahama manual it talks about cushion rings. I don't seem to have any in my clutch basket. I have my pressure plates and friction plates but i don't see this cushion ring. So my Question is do I need them or is that something I can do without? Thanks for the help.
