  2. Ok found something that doesn't quite look right. This gear is supposed to spin independently of the shaft but it is in somewhat of a bind; it takes some force to spin it; is that normal?

Take it apart, the bushing walked out of the gear. You may get lucky and be able to drive it back in. You may have to replace the gear though too.

  3. Nice job bud looks good. You still have life on those front tires. Looking forward to the graph on the Dyno

Thanks man! Lol those front tires still have the nipples on them. Me too in the dyno results, i hoping to see 80hp, but i don't want to get caught up in the numbers.. really hoping more for a good curve, this is the first set of cylinders I've done all the port work on myself.

  4. IIRC, you did your own porting right? If so............how's she running? Nice bike by the way. Frame looks sweet that color imo.

Thanks man! The frame color makes the bike. I was unsure of it at first, the color i initially picked out was more metallic. When i picked it up at the powder coater it was this color, but it's grown on me, and i like it more than the metallic teal.

It runs good, it needs to be tuned, but runs and rides well. It's a size or two rich on pilot and mains.

Looks good, i didn't know the plastic was sparkly lol so cute!

Have you had this one on the dyno yet?

Hell yeah the mini flake in the clear ! I like it reminds me of a 1970's printed T- shirt. As soon as the weather gets warmer my plan is to visit Lane and Bill at Driveline for dyno time and tuning.
