I changed my colors and the yellow springs just won't work. I'm also debating just putting shock covers on them. I know it's bad for them. But how bad?

I'm painting my stock shock springs black. What is the best paint to use?

Yea I just used eBay ones. I'll get nicer ones this time. I know it's not the crank because I sprayed soapy water on it and it bubbled from the same spot as I spun the crank. But I will look it over just incase.

Yea when I sprayed soapy water on it, it looks like it's coming from the inside of the seal that touches the crank. Must have not cleaned it well enough.

My banshee had a leak in the seal behind the stator... Tore it apart and replaced all the seals. Did a leak down test and that seal is still leaking... Any ideas? It's not a nick in the shaft because I spun the crank and it was still leaking out the same spot. Did I just get another bad/defective seal? Did I put it on wrong? Anything will help. Thanks in advance.
