  1. I am interested in your hill shooter frame. please pm me or text @ 830 265 1402.
  2. Sent you another PM I'll buy it as long as carrier is only thing not included.
  3. Specialblend thanks for info that's good to know. Camatv solved the mystery for me, the spacer is in fact the spacer that goes on the shift shaft. I feel like a dip shit for not seeing that on my own. I was told it went behind the shift fork.. I got a "good deal" on this tranny but apparently the seller did not know that much about it. Hope it turns out good for me but I am prepared for it to fail. The seller guaranteed money back that it works well. Guess he didn't remember how it went back together..... I will report back after it is installed. Souththirty, the welds on the drum are silver color and don't appear to have been overly hot like the weld on the shift star.
  4. No not that I have seen but truthfully I havent looked that close. I look tomorrow. What does that indicate if there are no springs? Its not a "duneable"? Im not looking to use it that way just want a litle forgiveness out of it for letting new riders learn. This is going in my secondary drag bike
  5. Possum it makes no sense to me either. I dont see that it would be any benefit over just a spring as it slides over the spring. I think I will take the advice of a bench test and see what happens. I dont see it working right. The guy I bought it from said he has had it for 10 or so years and thought it was either K&T or A&S that cut it.
  6. This is a 1-5 N down. Im lost here please help. I will post more pics when I get it in the cases.
  7. Anyone ever seen a plastic spacer like that on a duneable override.
  8. Yes youcan use test light to check for signal to coil. Last intermittent spark issue I had was a bad ignition coil. Would work fine one day and give hell the next. I tried like hell to track it down until coil quit all together.
  9. You dont happen to be the same Darren that I bought the bike in my Avatar from are you?
  10. 30 pilot 300 main should be close on jets. Ditch the boost bottle. Do a leakdown. I see your a noob here.... read read and read some more lots of good info here just have to dig a little to find it.
  11. Who rebuilt it sounds like the one I did when i got in a hurry and put pistons in backwards.
  12. Yeah Finch its .065 aluminum, think it weighs less that the plastics I took off of it. However I did not weigh them. Certainly no heavier. I did the good old hold in one hand and switch to the other many times before I decided to go ahead and build the tank cover.
  13. Lean condition in the cylinder burns hotter and causes things to over heat. Also less oil enters the cylinder in a lean condition. Piston and or rings start to melt and then lock down the engine. The lean condition was probably the cause of the back fire in that cylinder.
  14. Did these ever make it to eBay? Do you still have them?
  15. I weigh 220 and have a best et of 4.68 300Ft sand on this one. 4mil stock cyl on alky.
  16. 421cub on alky straight cuts Hinson basket.... So on and so forth. I haven't got to run it yet taking it out next Sat. I'll post more after that. I did get a good deal on it. $4500
  17. Yes I liked the second one better also, on second thought I will leave it just how it is just to giving pissy people something to gripe about.
  18. And before the rest of the hating starts, as soon as I get ahold of some fiberglass fenders and hood, the grey one will resume a more traditional Banshee look. Sorry the copper one isn't going any where.
  19. Well in all fairness it's not a Banshee. It's a Lawnshee. I was tired of riding slow Banshees could not afford a fast one. So I made the fastest Lawnshee.
