  4. Ok guys i just pick up another shee after three years. It dont seem to be running right so im tearing it down to see what it has. So far im down to stock bore, T3s, kn filter no lid, , no port job, and these reeds that dont lok stock. What reeds are these anyone know are they any good? Im try to get another healthy trail/dune bike. Thanks in advance. Pic in a minute have to down size it.

  12. not exact jetting just a couple more pointers. also i know no two bikes are identical2 strokes are a whole new world to me and with this being the bigest banshee forum i figured i would have gotten more help. and i will take your advice on the 110 and run 93 also got a new set of toomey t 5's so the old school fmfs will be coming off and the t 5s will be goin on

  14. ok guys come to find out with some guageing tools that my mains are 260 not 180s. went ahead and ordered 300/27.5 jets and adjustable stator plate to +4 my timing, i will be running a 50/50 110/93 octane with 50:1 oil mix fmf pipes "older ones" k&n filter with outerwear and no airbox lid should i leave the 260s in and run 27.5 piolets with mix 1.5 out needle at 3rd clip or go ahead and slap the 300s in along with the 27.5s mix @ 1.5 and needle 3rd clip also will +4 timing be ok on stock bore with mods listed above
  15. im going to rejet it, sync the carbs and put a ajustable stator plate on this week. the bike came with a K&N filter im goin to pre filter it and thats bout it. i live up here in north manchester bout 2 hours north of indy. next weekend me and a few buddys are goin down to badlands on saturday if your free then you should come too. maybe check this bike out for me cause i dont know shit about them, and wheel around for the day

  18. ok guys i just got my 1st shee its a 98 on stock bore. took it out over the weekend seemed to do alright just a lil doggish in the low end. i do know they are not low end bikes. it wont idle and almost have rev it up to much to take off. so after looking around and not really finding my anwser i come to ya'll for help, its on its stock bore has fmf gold series pipes and k/n filter. i decided to check the jets only to find that it has a 160 main and 25 pilot jets i know this cant be right. i live in indiana, ride at see level, and ride in 70 to 90 degree weather. today i ordered a ajustable stator plate to +4 timing and dont plan on doing any ather mods at this time. what jets do i need to go with on this bike and how do u sync the carbs my left opens before my right and also what are the ajustments for on top of each carb i thought thats what ajusted the carbs to open at the same time but didnt seem to do any thing they are now turned all the way to the right. please help
