yes I checked the plugs and there is spark in both. It has to be the the carbs since it was perfect and started first kick before i rebuilt them...

yes it has gas. Everything looks good just dont know why it wont start...

Hey all I just rebuilt my carbs yesterday because they were leaking from overflow and theres no leak but it wont start now. I rebuild the topend 3 weeks ago and it was running mint and jetted perfect. Now when I put them back on the quad today it started up and idled for a couple mins and then shut off. I tried kicking it again and got nothing. Im pretty sure I did everything right and am stumped on what the problem is... The choke tube is there and everything looks good. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I get nothing ill just try to put it back together with the old parts and see if that will work...

Just bought a banshee with a blown engine and rebuilt the topend and it has a mooseracing boost bottle... Would it do damage if I keep it or should I definately change it to a stock crossover tube? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey just bought another banshee and it needs a topend rebuild. Ive never rebuilt an engine and its my first time. I found a dealer on ebay that you send your cylinders out and they bore them and ship them back with a new wiseco piston kit. It costs $300 and they said they could lower the price to $250 on Pro X or WSM piston kits. I know this is already a good deal but I would like to spend as little as possible. What do you all think about PROX and the WSM kits and which one of the two is better? Am I better off saving the $50 and going with one of those or just getting the Wiseco kit? Also a guy told me I have to take the whole engine out of the frame to do a new topend... Is this true? All answers will be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Hey guys I want to buy a banshee but the guy does not have a title. Its a really nice bike but I dont want to spend a lot of money on it and then turn out that its stolen... Where can I go to check the vin because i called the police station and they said they would not be able to check unless an officer stops the vehicle on the road... Is there anyone that has a way to check and could run the numbers for me? Let me know. Thank you!

Got new plugs and didnt make a difference.. I changed the jets back to 200 stock and 25 pilots from the 310 mains and 27.5 pilots and now it stays idling but still have the same noise when reving...

Compressions good and reeds are new as far as i can tell... Could it be the spark plugs causing it to run like that and making that noise?

I switched them so they are facing the air filter and its better idling but it still has the same problem... Any other suggestions?

Actually I think they may be in the wrong way.. I will try that out next time im going to be there because im keeping it at a friends house hopefully by tomorrow or tuesday. Thank you.

I tried unplugging the tors and it didnt work and the parking brake wire is cut so its not that either.. Also after i jetted it and reinstalled the carbs it wont idle. i adjusted the fly wheel as well and it didnt make a difference. Any other suggestions?

Yes I have connected the choke tube. My elevations is 150 feet and today it is 40 degrees Fahrenheit
