This exact thing happened to me and i ended up shearing the key... apparently common i also did some.damage to my stator with the rotor spinnin and floppin untimed so be on the look out...

Just rebuilt a stock motor from a seizure and i wanna get some fresh non scared 19cc domes... can anyone guide me how to get the old ones out?? I would guess they are pressed in? ? If so any tricks? Appreciate any advice

Final drive ratio is not the same changing sprockets... your trans gear ratio stays the same but the larger the driven the sharper the acells and lower top speed... vise versa goin up on the drive sporcket adds more top end and will ultimately rob acceleration...

Sounds like its starving for fuel and u didn't adjust your throttle play... i would say move up to a biggee pilot jet... make sure your carbs are synced and idle is re-set

Check your carb boots with the corresponding cyl. That is lean...
