If you go to Toomeys website they will tell you the jetting for there pipes. I never ran stock carbs so I'm not too familiar with em. But the loss of topend power means u need to go up on jetting.

Power loss in top end is due to main jet. Bog in low end is pilot. Need more details on setup

My buddy's bike just blew up Sunday due to not jetting correctly.smdh jetting makes or brakes your motor!! And so does float stick if you don't check wen u buy used carbs. Lol

How did this setup run with stock porting? Alky?

New suspension, or send ur stock shocks out to have valved for ur riding style and weight. It wud help with the rocks and what not. Def get sum pipes, if your Guna leave ur motor stock get sum toomey t6 pipes, or t5. Welcome to bhq

X2 on ev thing said above, if your Gona do it, do it right the first time so it will last! If you have the extra money for porting i wud go to hjr. He did my 4mil dune port setup and that thing ripped!

Hey fellas, I was riding the cub on Sunday when a plug decided to back out and eat up my dome thread. I know it's detonation but not sure what it's from. I have 24cc domes and had 149 150 compression, on 93 octane. I think it kud have been from not enuff gas bc I had to use a smaller fuel line due to my normal size gas line melting to my pipe. It could also be from squish but I haven't checked and I don't kno how to. The plug that backed out did look a little leaner than the other, that was the side i had to put smaller fuel line on. I did a leak down test already and passed. I'm goin to order a new 24cc dome and a set of race gas domes from hjr. I already got new fuel Line on the way. All help and knowledge is appreciated.
