  1. Ive received his Engine, everything looks legit and in really good shape! Fast shipping and nicely packed...... except he forgot to drain the tranny...the box was leaking at my doorstep,probably in the FedEx truck too and all across america Haha!

  4. Use the cc's you want! Hehe Just be sure to check the squish and to run high octane fuel if it needs it NoT octane boosters!!! Lol You should get good use of the search button and read everything from the Mod&Repair section if you dont want to have an engine faliure OR put 22cc's to be on the safe side if you can't wait to ride

  9. Oh yeah i know, i will buy some ported jugs for my 4mill later on this year.... Im trying to find an Atv shop to get my crank true&welded, hopefully in Edmonton or Calgary..

I understand and totaly would, but i live 2200 miles north of him and will cost me about 150$ of shipping+labour loll... -What if i lower the compression to 21-22cc's?... that will help to take some stress out of the crank right? But I guess my only answer is to weld the crank!.... Hehe. I have a New HR 4mill ,i'll swap it when i have some spare time.....probably next winter haha -What about the jetting?...., richer on everything for the Dune/play?
  11. Hi guys, I just bought a nice used(5-6hrs) set of cylinders w/pistons from -Deacon- They are Dune/play ported by Kevin. Problem is i have an unwelded stock crank/rods... Just wondering if my setup is good like it is + the added porting... -Should i change my domes for 21cc's to lower the compression because of the added porting(High Rev) ?? High Compression + High RPM = lost of stress on stock crank/rods! -Also what should i expect to do with my jetting? Here is my setup; 2008 stock crank/cyl's (20hrs max on engine) PC platinum, CFM open airbox, 20cc's Noss head, Adv timming +4, Chariot intake w/crossover, chariot reeds. Stock carbs 27.5pilot, 330Main Elev 1700' Temp 80 Max Compression (dont know yet,150psi?) Thanks, any help is apreciated!

  13. I also have an orange 2008 ! Got it in Fort Mcmurray lol... Go for a chariot or Noss head with 20-21cc's, adv timming plate, lid off the air box and run 94 husky fuel(without ethanol)!

  16. Is your shee runs fine now? Are those TB05EMA plug caps "stock" ones or specialy for a 421? I have a 421 from HJR on its way and im just collecting info for future hehe. Good luck!
