question from switching from long rod to 4mil long rod

I tried getting in touch with them but no reply. -
I have a 370 long rod kit from ct with drag port and I was wondering if i can run my cylinders with a 4mil long rod crank and cut domes. Any help is greatly appreciated.

wtb an extended steering stem thats +2 or taller and an extended axle that is +4 pref. chrome but let me know what you got.
