I had one on my 450, bitch to bleed and set up in the freezing cold but once it was on its was super easy to pull!! Too easy infact. Id say thats its not working correctly or like you say the MC is not doing its job for that slave cylinder.
Deffo thinking about one for my Banshee
If you like your engines to last 20 seconds pmsl!!!!!!
Supprised no one uses the Castrol stuff but then again im sure theres loads of people who supply the stuff over the pond!!
My Pro 2 costs me about £18 per liter and the A747 is about £21.
How do the bikes cope with 32:1?
Just got ten litres of Silkolene Pro 2 for free........bargain!!
I know a lot of people use the Castrol R A747 but what do you all use? Also at what ratio? Is it pretty much allways 40:1
My friend does it for a living, the bike was allready registered in 2004 as plg but it helps having an MOT station that are pretty easy going if you get me, im hoping mine will be back on its wheels next week and going for a test before the bank holiday weekend as me and my friend who also has a banshee are wanting to go for a ride!!
I need to convert mine to charge the battery aswell
Yeah my YFZ 450 had fortunes in it but i couldnt miss the chance of owning this Banshee with the cheatah 421 powervalve engine!!
Ill get some pics up next week its looking rather sexy if i do say so myself.
Give us a shout if you need any advice i can help with most things but if i cant Rob @ Letts ATV Racing will know im sure
Hey dude i can help you out with that if you need any pointers they are a bit of a pain to get road legal but its so worth it when you blast past a 4 banger!!! So many shit quads on our roads these days Banshee's are true old school beasts!! On the road they dominate.
Derbyshires good mate, lots of good roads to ride on and Matlock Bath is very popular with bikers of all kinds. Im pretty lucky in that aspect. I love the country lanes and open roads where you can let rip!!!
Just sold my mx bike for banshee funds but i plan to build another 450 after christmas once the banshee is back up and running as i do love the jumps and stuff with mx and miss my PEP shocks bigtime!!!!
I could never get on with my Ohlins on my old 450 race bike much prefered the plush feel of the old PEP's PB1's but i guess its all down to personal choice
Hey man do you ride mx or are you on the road? Ill get the exact price i have it at home on my paperwork, they were pretty expensive but well worth it if you ask me
Hey im all the way over the pond but im looking for a standard disc brake hub as i dont really want to pay Yamaha £90........also really like the Duncan bumpers so if anyone has one and doesnt mind sending it oversea's to the uk then let me know......same applies to the brake hub, if you have one give me a shout
Was gonna fit a billet one but after many hours of thinking id rather have a steel one as im planning on doing over 100 mph on this thing lol
Plus only the Yam black plastics have the metalic finish too, ive gone black front fender, black rear, white tank covers and red radiator cover. The Yam ones just look better if you ask me, want it to look as factory as possible in places
