I have a pair of brand new, never used Kehin 34mm carbs for a banshee or RZ350. I sold the banshee before modifying it and don't need the carbs anymore. It has a motion pro cable for a twist throttle and twist throttle included along with 4 extra main & pilot jets also brand new. Paid $310 for them willing to take $259 shipped to lower 48. I just fired up my 2002 Shee after having Greg at Whitaker Custom Racing rebuild the bottom end with a 4 mil crank. He also cut the tranny gears for better shifting and did the shift mod. He installed an additional clutch plate also. From the time I spoke to him on the phone to the day I got the motor back (which was about a week) I had nothing but great service, both customer service and the actual rebuild. Just a great guy who answered all my questions and didn't mind at all. Fast turn around time and just a neat clean job. I highly recommend him if you are considering upgrading your motor. Price was very reasonable as well. I would like to say the same about Kevin from Herr Juggs Racing. He did a MX port and bored my cylinders. Also a nice clean job with a fast turnaround time. Kevin was also easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Both are top notch and my Shee runs awesome. I just wanted to share this. Rob

I am looking to get some jetting advice before I start my new motor. I just bought the 28mm pwk's and I want to make sure that I'm in the ballpark with correct jetting. I have a once bored stock cylinders (.50mm) with a new 4 mil crank and 115mm rods. Any jetting suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a few stock parts: 2 stocks a-arms with spindles, brake rotars, brake calipers, tie rods and ends and both shocks. All parts connected together I just unbolted them and replaced them with +3 fullflights and other spindles. Both for $140 shipped. Stock cylinder head $40 shipped. I recently added a 4mm long rod crank and had aggressive porting done to my 2002 shee. I have a 2 into 1 Trinity manifold with a Keihin 35mm pwk carb. I called Trinity twice and was told that I can use the same set up for my new crank/porting. When I asked about what jetting changes I should do, they got an attitude and said bigger. I was blown away as I've spend a few grand with them over the past year but WILL not again. I called sudco and carb parts in Cleveland Ohio. They both are at a loss in dealing with this carb set up. Has anyone done similar mods to what I've done using this carb/manifold? If so any jetting recommendations would be appreciated. I live in Florida at 100 ft Sea Level. Thanks.
