  7. Well thank you guys but.......I just bought a 10mill cub. When my buddie indicated the cylinders and honed them, at 68.5 it would have been to loose. Plus there was bevel on the exhaust side that would have caught the ring. Looks like the piston froze at that spot. I could have bored to 69mm and that would have been my last size. Still not to bad. If i take care of it, I could get a good amount of time out of it. Than when I was pricing parts from TDR, I would have had a grand wrapped up in with what I paid for the cylinders. Plus work I should do to my crank. I stopped at ECA and traded it with some other parts on a brand new 10mill cub with pistons. It would have been a fun project but l had to be realistic about it. So thanks to everyone who has helped me with info along the way. Just look out for a 10mill coal hill shooter!
  8. I am building a stock stroke 400PV T-rex. Now I already know that this is outdated and parts are hard to get. But this is what I got. I have been getting advice from some members already and one said maybe I should start a T-rex thread to see if other people have dealt with the Trex and dasa. Now its the older cylinders that ran dome pistons and not the flat top pistons. I've heard that they can be a pain in the ass to assemble. Im looking for more advice, what your setup was, where you kept your timing, squish clearence, any advice or opinions you might have besides its a waste of time. Thanks for any info Picklez
