Changed the main jet to a 45 the Shee idles now pretty good May be just a lil rich but not much.....bit now my problem is i got the main jet right the pilot right now when i pinn the throttle n first and second gear she has a slight bog at first and Shee never had that bog before.....so now Im thinking the needle needs to be adjusted or changed what u guys think.....just got done rebuilding and adding ported n polished cylinders n hot rod stock stroke crank and removing the air box running uni pod filter on two into one carb......

Ok my people finally but the 45 pilot jet in white smoke cleared up and shee idles n sounds good but still May be a lil rich not much though.....but my problem now is she has a slight bog n coming off the first couple gears which i still think involves tunning Im thinking now that its my needle position i need to go leaner on it maybe or change needles.....cause its on the same position it was on when i had air box n filter and only a few bolt on parts now Im over bored n ported n polished......what do u guys think now

Yea its been a problem for a while now its been rebuild twice and Everytime i tell them to fully tune the carbs all they do is change the main jet......so i kind of figured its the pilot.......like coming off cold start it will idle a lil while with choke on....and when i clean carbs n play with idle screw air screw it will idle a lil then load up...had 52 pilot n it went to 55 bit she seemed worst so i put the 52 bck n.....now Umma try 42 45 or a 50 n see what that do.....fresh build from bottom to top all new seals n gaskets all around.....oh yea the 52 was n it with airbox on it and knn lid.....now Im running removed airbox so what u think......

My buddy has one with a strokes in it and some cam work and his is fast keep calling me out he asphalt races the 1/8th mile I want to run em bit not quite ready yet have.g a problem tunning my freshly build motor but once i get it tuned right he's in trouble......he chickened out on our top end race Im running 15/41 was gonna kill em hopefully this 45 pilot do the trick then he in trouble he runs a 8.2 second time.......

Yea its gettin frustrating trying to tune tha dam thang.....some one told me go up on the pilot tryed it think its worst.....the plugs looked good with a 190 main but it was a lil rich so i went to a 188main made it a lil more crispier but still not right won't idle n alot of white smoke coming from exhaust........it has a 52 pilot and a 188 main Dont know bout the needle couldnt get it right...
