Trying to figure out what is going on with my banshee. Starts no problem, runs fine, but when you open it up it kind of surges and won't open up all the way without some surging. Its got a 76ho 4mil engine, port work, toomeys, etc. I know the previous owner said it is set rich as he dragged it and something with the floats causes the carbs to leak when the engine is not running, so have to turn the fuel off after riding it. I don't know a lot about the bike, but I ride it very easily. Think it could be fouled plugs or something else? For the kind of riding I do its not practical at all and thinking of trading it for a 4 stroke, but want to get this little bug worked out. Any suggestions appreciated.

I don't mind running race fuel in it, been running 100 in it as I can get it pretty cheap. What are some good aftermarket shocks that wont break the bank? Yes I did have it for trade but think I will just keep it for now. All of the trade offers I had were machines that were not to the level of mine.

Hello all, new to the forum here and new two owning a banshee. I bought a 05' that was frame off rebuiild with the following mods. Is there anything else I should upgrade to? I think the previous owner said it was around 165psi on the compression and dyno'd at 76hp. Looking at possibly working on the suspension as it is currently stock. I thought of getting the Toomey Husk Kit 3.0 as this thing is crazy loud and noise is a bit of concern where I ride.
