with billit boals and a guzzler you should be safe, i run a scimitar on 300 ft with twin guzzlers and no pump, 48mm cyclones duel feed and dont have any problems

are you running a stock thumb throttle?, if so unplug the wire that goes to the thumb throttle, and try that, or dont give it any throttle when kicking it over and see if it trys to start
