  2. Greetings all... I just installed below parts and want to know what jets I should go with - Pro design coolhead (domes 20cc). - T5 exhaust and pipes. - K&N pods with outerwear. - Pistons 64.50mm (0.20"over) - V-force 3 (used). I noticed that exhaust pressure is not equal so I thought to check the piston pressure after 20 kick I got ( 165 )... elevation is around 500ft-1000ft I use 95 octan petrol... with mixing ratio 35:1 regarding the not equal thing I guess I have to check whether the carbs synced or maybe sparkplugs I just wanna be prepared when I start working on carbs.

I dont know about the size, the shop guy told me that it's changed to size 50 and bought it from dealer, I think he ment 64.5mm I didn't do compression test till now, I ordered one but needs time.... that's why i was wondering which compression should I look for finally how do I do that before giving it hell

  7. I guess it will damage the crank by time as one side is getting harder push... if not lucky might break....
  8. need your help guys just changed the pistons cause the compression was way too different, cause my brother was running it and fuel was coming out (dirty carb) anyway i just put size 50 bought it from the dealer.... finished it and now compression is also looks little different if i try to feel the air coming out of exhaust (before right side was ok left side was really weak) anyway what is the the safe and powerful compression I should look for with compression tester??? and am I able to use it in dunes right away or do I do it slowly just like cars????
  9. actually i've seen this on a forum and yes it's indeed computer fans, one of my friends done this over here and he says it's very nice setup and the banshee cooling is much more and didn't heat at all with him now it's over a year and fans still ok, anyway it's very cheap one i guess both will cost around 20$, once the banshee is moving fans moves much more fast as the stator will be working this is the original topic but in arabic, you can check the photos.... http://www.t63ys.com/vb/t151801.html it's just that i dont like the idea of putting the front grill like that, but looks like am gonna do it very soon but am planing to put one bigger fan if amp is low or the same 2 and i'll put different switch not with lights

  13. hi everyone am kind of new here anyway i just bought my cool-head pro design with 20cc domes and wanted to know whether i'll have problems riding dunes?? am running exactly as below K&N Filters + T5 + V-force3 + Wisco pistons + Elevation 700ft-990ft + 280 main jet + 98octan I wanted to know if that it is safe with the 20cc or should i put 22cc

I just got 2003 banshee and was enjoying in dunes till I .............. anyway I turned it off and when I started again it was reving to then end, turned off again cleaned the sand and started it again and went home and parked the next day will checking I found out about the vibration, in low RPM the engine will be shaking, It's awful, then When i rev it high no problem at all. I took it to a shop he said that I have to jet it. anyway I jetted it cause it needed jetting as I moved from sea level city ... but still vibrating.. checked mounts and all tighten any comments???? I have only T5...
