  3. Ok I looked at it again and i found out the oil seal was missing in the front of the kickstart shaft so my guess is thats whats making that gear jump out to far cuz its too much play in the front of that shaft without that oil seal. Please help.

  4. If anyone can help I am having trouble my kickstarter doesnt engage all the time. I tore down my engine I have the clutch cover off. I tried to start it just to see what happens with the cover and what i noticed is the kickstarter gear is jumping past the kick starter idle gear. Now I took the clutch basket off to get to the kick starter idle gear and i noticed it rocks back and forth a little on its shaft so it has alot of play is that normal or is that most likely the problem plz help.

  5. Hey milo thanx for the info now I just pulled the carbs off yesterday and I did notice that tube I'n the left carb also I noticed a plastic piece I'n the left carb that I didn't know where it came from so I left it out. I have been working on this for a few days so I put new plugs fresh gas and then that's when I decided to pull the carbs and clean them up now I did check compression I took one plug out kicked it over a few times WOT and both cylinders were around 95psi but my thing is if compression was to low why does it start right up after u get it running that 1st time I mean u barley have to kick her to get her started right back up it's just that initial start help anyone plz!!
