    Boston, 10cub on 110 gas, shearer sbif, 165 psi, +12 arm, 74 RO 12 paddle haulers, I am 205 lbs. 15-43 pulled about right to the top at dumont. I would say 76-78mph there.

    The gear chart is good for changes once you have a baseline. You can also aim for a mph in 5th gear. Tire size changes gearing drastically of you play around with the chart.

    Try prying the carrier housing a lil bit, very carefully to try and get it to spin. Was it a tight fit to slide the carrier itself in the housing?

    Usually missin shifts is rider error. Trans mods just make things a lil easier or smoother with less chance of missing shifts if there is rider error.

    cheap upgrade = up 1 tooth on front sprocket. more expensive but worth every penny upgrade = porting.

    All that Radar said can also happen with a loose chain. The popping that is. Maybe invest in better chains.
