    my 350 hjr cylinders did 71/40 on a conservative dune tune. But with my choice of domes and carb/jetting/timing setup. 160psi 50/50 gas. So it has been done.

    anybody that has a clue can weld it. mig or tig but it is easier to just buy a drop in ready one from redline. thats a nice crank at a good price.

    ffs, well most of us already know what 573 series pistons do, and what they are for. So when Bhp said, these new pistons replace the 573s, most of us know what they are compatible to just by reading his first post. Dont respond until you go buy some clues!
