  3. alright thanks man, il take the carbs apart tomarrow after school, but i cant like....cut the part of the nerf bar that mounts it to the frame? to give it a little more throw
  4. and also, how do i get more....im not sure how to put it, when i kick my banshee it only turns over once, shouldnt it be turning over more than that? if so, how can i make it do it? the nerf bars i have on it restrict it from kicking all the way i think
  5. how do i tell which pilot jets are in it? wil it say on them like it does the main jet?
  6. everything is correct, il try messing with different jets, and its the t5 pipes
  7. it has toomey* pipes with stock silencers? why i dont know, boyesen 2 stage reeds, all vitos internals, and the carb is jetted to 250 main and im not sure which pilot is in it
  8. ok, so, i just got a brand new motor in my banshee, and it started right up....welll....after about 20-30 kicks , and i broke it according to how i found on here, now it still takes just as many kicks to start it, unless im lucky itl start about after 10 kicks....so any ideas on why its si hard to start?

  11. i know you can search for stuff lik this but when i do nothing turns up, so what way do you guys recomend to break in a new motor?
  12. i beleive we did, im not sure though, i will go back and look, but my friend who rebuilt it thought that it might of had to much back pressure and its making the reeds slap
  13. so i jsut got my banshee motor rebuilt, and we started it, took it for a spin around the yard, then shut it off, then we started it again for another quick ride around the yard and the was a ticking coming from the stator, it sounds like a short? any ideas?

  16. ok, well it oculd be a new frame then, i wouldnt doubt it the guy thought it ahd balls when it was running on one cylinder
  17. well the guy said if he finds the title hes going to give it to me, and he willingly wrote a bill of sale, and would only sell it to my dad becasue im not 18 or however old you ahve to be to buy a quad

  20. ok well i just took some scotch bright and took the powder coating off, il take a pic but there it nothing there, atleast that i cant see, is iton the bottom or top of the frame?
  21. its looks like there was bondo over it? but no there is no vuin number anywhere on it that i can find, il just have my dad take the frame to work and sand blast it? would that work?

  24. ok, wel i dont know much about banshee, im more into bikes, ive rebuilt a yz 125, and a kx 250, but i know nothing about quads
