i disconnected the tors and the throttle switch is off... and thats when it was runnin when i did that... so thats takin care of... so the rear CDI is the one i have to replace?! 100% cause im buyin it tonight lol.

should i replace the rear CDI or the the one in the front of the bike across from the coil, witch one do i replace?!!!

ok wicked thanks alot im def gunna have to try that, and loco everythings grounded properly. so i think its gotta be the cdi, and wicked i just dont understand one thing... the bike wasnt touched then i was kicking and it lost spark.... haha wtf?

ok wicked, thanks alot are you sure thats it? cause theres no loose grounds or open wires, thats gotta be it right? like 100% cause like i said the stators good and i just bought a coil, the run/kill switch is good and a brand new ignition its self.

alright guys, i live in jersey and here we are sopposted to get 3 feet of snow sunday so i need help asap!, it only sparks 2 times of 7 kicks?! i replaced the stator, the wires look intact, and the flywheel space is good and so is the stator, what else could it be?! is there any way to check the grounds or what about that 12v box by the rear grab bar? not to long ago it had perfect spark then it stopped sparking so i hope that breaks in down a little more, i need help ASAP! thanks alot guys!

alright guys.... i gotta couple questions for the wireing on the shee, how can i test the grounds? what is the 12 v box in the rear of the quad by the rear grab bar and is it the trigger box? and what else would cause it to spark every 2 times outta 7 kicks? i gotta buddy helping me, so please let me know guys? thanks

i personally think its got something to do with the bottom end for the kickstart and ajust your clutch all the way and see what happens... it it works then u need a new clutch same thing happend with mine today but without the kickstart problem the clutch felt like it was just barley grabbin so i went over the cables and everything was good but then i loobed everrything up real good and it works perfect again atleast it feels good it doesnt run yet but atleast now its grabbin, but yea pop the cover off and see whats up...

i also dont under stand why it only sparks 2 times outta 6? like wtf? i get so aggrivated with it... any more suggestions?!

yes its the stock stator and man i hate fuckin with wires! hahah id rather have yamaha do it cause knowing me ill fuck something up haha

yea it ran before i ripped her apart, i just wanted to renew everything, cause it was runnin rough and it was on the stock rebiuld so... i mean i looked over the wires and the flywheel they are good and so is the coil i dont think its the cdi though thats practically new so maybe im thinking grounds? but i dnt like fuckin with wires man i hate it

it doesnt evan start... and i didnt touch the flywheel... it was already perfect... business wire.. but idk what it could be it sparks like every 2 times outta 5-6 kicks, i just dont know...

hey guys i gotta 2001 shee, i just put brand new pistons, rings, v force 3 reeds, and new carbs on the damn thing and when i threw it all back together now it sparks 2 outta 6 kicks? so i bought a brand new coil, and still the same i checked the flywheel gap thats perfect and the cdi is good... all wires look to be intact, does anyone know if this problem happens alot on shees or what? it suckes cause i redid everything on the quad like protapers, dg nerfbars, aftermarket airfilter, toomy 5 pipes, itp rims and tires and ect. does anyone know? i recently bought the quad stock for 3000 rap perfect then i dumped bout 1500 into it and after i did the piston and rings the thing wont spark? please let me know i need it for the snow! haha and i got a couple races comin up soon, HELP!! thanks guys.

hey guys i gotta question bout my banshee i rebiult the whole thing head to toe besides the wires i threw it all back together and now it sparks every 2 times outaa 5 kicks... i replaced the coil and before i send it to my local yamaha dealer and spand mad cash i just wanna see if anyone knows the reason... i dont fuck with wires lol. let me know if anyone knows anything, thanks alot guys.
