Ok have not had any interest in selling the bike as a whole so here is a list of the prices to part bike out HJR Dune ported 4mil with about 5 hours on it will include, polished stator cover and clutch cover with flamed inserts from cascade, crank, clutch, chariot cool head with domes for pump gas, with carbs aluminum airbox 28mm pwks and polished intakes with built in crossover $2000 obo without 28mm pwk's intakes and airbox $1750 FMF fatty pipes with silencers pipes have about 10 hours on them and silencers are powercore $250 front Ohlins shocks with rezzys setup for 180-200 mx $300 Works quastar rear 180-200 mx 5 hours on this as well $400 magnum chrome a-arms +2 +1 never installed $300 Chrome sterring stem fresh chrome $100 polished front 3 bar bumper $75 aluminum foot pegs $50 trail tech headlights $80 complete plastics $150 seat no rips or tears good cond $50 stock a-arms all of them with new bushings $100 for all 4 many other misc parts not listed pm me if you need anything thats not listed sorry to any of you that pm'd me will write back soon i was out of town last week also all prices are plus shipping I will charge only what actual shipping charges are

  5. Testing a possible sale on my 1999 Banshee or possible part out if enough interest. The motor was built last September and I rode it about 5 hours since completion. It is an HJR dune port stock cylinder 4milll motor all the parts were bought from Kevin last year, 28mm Pwk's are new, and FMF Fatty's are new as well, Chariot chrome cool head (domes are for pump gas) chariot billet timing plate, custom airbox, polished cylinders, stator cover, and clutch cover,black powdercoated cases by member here, Hd clutch was installled when the motor was built, and shift forks were replaced as well. Front shocks are Ohlins with rezzys, and the rear is a new Works quadstar with 5 hours on it as well (shocks are set up 180-200 pound mx) I also have A chrome steering stem never installed, and magnum +2 +1 chrome a-arms not installed as well, there are also many polished parts from Cascade on bike. Wlll sell the bike and everything that goes with it for $3,500. or if I can get enough interest I might part it out or just keep it. (bike does come with clear title as well)I have other pictures if anyone wants more
  6. just pulled motor out and top end off crank is gone guess i will be doing a 4mil by hjr now instead of later sorry
  7. lol i just seen the pics, i am building an hjr 4 mil this winter but my top end is gone need to decide whether to go with your jugs just for the rest of the summer or not
  8. thanks for the response i was thinking the pilot and main were way to rich for this bike i will get some jets and see if that works.

Need help on where to start for jetting stock bore shee, dual stage reeds, pods, stock bore, fmf fattys are the mods just got a set of prejetted pwks and they are off quite a bit. jets installed currently are 55 pilots, 155 mains N68a needle middle clip. I have low end bogging and wot bog if nailed at lower rpms top end runs great. Need to know a good place to start for pilots and mains, also n68a needle or CEL, JJH ? sorry i ride in OHIO for elevation

  12. Just testing the waters to see if someone has a 4 mil stock cylinder engine for sale must be fresh before i buy all the parts i need to do my engine also have a stock engine new clutch runs strong stock bore for sale or swap + cash for someone looking to build something bigger.

Have a list of things i need, polished pegs, chrome a-arms +2 - +1, +2 swingarm chrome or polished, looking for stator and clutch cover polished, ohlins rear shock to match my ohlins fronts or trade my ohlins and some cash for a full set of works, like new set of fullbore plastics in silver, black, or white, polished billet front bumper, and also need to know who can polish stock jugs and cases ?
  16. Just did a compression check i am running at 105 psi both cylinders so time for a new top end. The mods so far are FMF fattys, powercore 2, 28mm pwk's, +4 advance, and pods, If i am going to tear apart i want to add some power need to spend around $1,000 or so for parts. Was thinking about going with a vitos big bore with 4 mil crank, but i dont think i have enough carb for this, (just bought PWK's a month ago) and i dont know if i want to buy another set. Option 2 would be to port stock cylinders and go with cool head. I am not sure how the bottom end is which is why i like the vitos kit crank is already with it. I ride mild mx and trail just want some more all around power. any suggestions anyone ?
