  1. I have used alloy and had great luck. I called them on the phone and they were easy to reach, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I still have not seen these "emails" that were exchanged.

I say if he can not show these emails that this thread be removed. It is currently unbacked slander.

    Proof or GTFO

We want to see the emails!!!

  2. You have now been spoon fed a lot of info. Everyone is growing weary of telling you the same thing over and over.

Here is the short of it

You are incapable of doing the rebuild yourself.

You need to quit being so cheap and have a REPUTABLE shop do the work.

Do not just pick some random ass shop that may or may not know how to PROPERLY set up your motor.

Use a BHQ sponsor for your build. Who fucking cares if it cost you an extra $100 for assembly, it will be done RIGHT.

If you decide not to take the advice we have offered and you end up with a junked out motor, we do not want to see you back here crying about it. We will most likely ALL of us laugh at you because you have been told how to handle this situation very clearly.

You might as well quit arguing and just do what we are ALL telling you. It will save you $$$ in the long run. Do it right, do it once.

I will not be responding to any more of your repeat questions on this issue. You know what you need to do.

  3. Okay will do. & about my pistons? My buddy saw the pics and he said it was a pre detonation, from running wrong fuel. I told him compression on one side was 180 he said that running the 93 probably fucked up the quad before it even got to my hands.

    do you guys agree?

At 180psi, you need 110 I would say

  4. Oh boy, man, honestly, you need a knowledgeable HANDS ON guy in your area. This shit is being explained down to the basics and you are not getting it yet. Nothing personal at all, but you need more than explanations at this point. We can help you find someone I am sure. I know a few FL guys that can probably point you in the right direction. You need real life help

  5. It's not just going to magically have pressure after a few pumps. Jack the rear end up like previously said, get your vacuum going, then crack the bleeder, let it suck, shut bleeder before the vacuum is gone. It's quite simple once you figure it out. It's still not an instant fix off of 1 time. Repeat over and over and over and over until no air bubbles come through. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LET THE BLEEDER SUCK ANY AIR BACK IN!!!

  6. Kick it with my spark plugs unscrewed to see if gas comes out those holes? What would this tell me? I will try in a sec, just making sure we're talking about the same plugs.

& to ginger yes I measured from were the gasket sits (with gasket off) to the top of the float. & yeah I put the choke tune back on

Yes. If you are blowing fuel out the spark plug holes, your cases are flooded to hell and it will be a bitch to start

  7. Ive had terrible luck with aftermarket needle and seats.  They seem to always leak. my guess is after your carb rebuild one or both of your needle/seats is leaking

    This.

Pull your plugs, kick the shit out of it with the fuel OFF and see if you blow a bunch of gas out the plug holes
