Wanted to fill you guys in, I took out the kick starter assembly over the weekend, I had the end of the spring that goes through the kick starter shaft in the wrong hole. Once I moved it 180 degrees and put it back together it works great!! Thanks for your guys help!!

OK, I will check that out when I get home. The main gear (#1 in the attached pic) has a small tab on it, does it need to go a certain direction, I am thinking this is where my problem is...

Hey, new guy here, just did a fresh rebuild on my first banshee, pretty simple (thanks to this forum).... just have one question. My kick starter does not want to come all the way back up, almost like the spring it not strong enough? It comes back up half way and just stops there. When you install the kick starter assembly do you have to preload the spring? Or did I install it incorrectly? Any help would be great!
