  3. I was riding this past weekend and missed third gear pretty hard on the shee. When I was riding back to the truck I went to pull the clutch lever and I had no tension. I know I need to pull the clutch cover off to see exactly whats wrong but just wanted to see if you guys have a idea of what it may be before I dig into this thing
  4. Actually got the domes figured out. Thanks for the reply tho.
  5. When installing the head i see where to put the bigger o rings but it looks like where the domes go there is a spot for another smaller o ring. The problem I'm having is that i dont have a o ring that will fit in the groove. I have one that is just a tid bit bigger. Does a o ring definatley go in there???? Also when screwing the spark plugs into the domes about how far down do they go??? I screwed one in just hand tight and it looks like its only into the dome very little. BTW i have 20cc domes if that helps
  6. Thanks guys.. Stupid question I know but I had to ask.
  7. Ok I'm attempting to put my banshee back together and do know that the orings that came in my gasket kit are for the exhaust. My question is that do you have to use the orings?? I got power pro exhaust and when I put the oring on and then slip the headpipe on the oring wants to push out. Am I just installing them wrong or do some aftermarket exhaust systems not use the orings...
  8. Thanks..thats where i'm gonna put them

  18. I'm a total newbie when it comes to 2 stroke quads but I just bought a 99 shee and it needs some serious work. I need to rebuild the motor since the one in it is locked up. The previous owner started to try to fix it himself but realized this was more than he wanted to deal with. It dosent have the cylinders are the head. I'm looking for some insight on which would be the best option for me. Buy a already built motor or get a cylinder and head and rebuild the one I have. Thanks for any help
