Some of you guys don't understand how a business works.
I'm currently 3 months out on work. If I get a another job, it goes to the END of the list.
Have any of you guys ever been to a high performance ATV shop? I've been to FAST when he's had 30 motors sitting on the shelves plus 10 complete bikes to work on.
So, should he drop what he's doing and bore those cylinders when he's got a pile of stuff to do already?
Would you be cool with your stuff getting bumped back to squeeze someone else in?
very true. sometimes you have to wait to get it done right . my cyls sat at Fast Racing for 5 weeks to get ported and bored, took him 3 days when he started them. well worth the wait.

i actually knew a guy who did this. art miller he died last year from michigan. he claimed it made 5-10 hp on snomos. but those motors are make 130+hp so who knows what it would do on a 30-80hp banshee
he used to do that on the 250r motors to, they ran strong.

does anyone have the phone number for direct drive? I need parts for my lockup cover. and thier website doesn't work.

around 125

a cheata cub and 4mil crank. will give you huge gain, and you can always port it later. and you start off with new cyls.
-
Did they not put t3 on the chamber like t5 or t6? And if they are, are they any good at all, or should I start looking for something different?
I have a set of t3s they do not have any markings on them. we had them on a mild ported stock strke and they run well.

I use toyota longlife coolant mixed 50/50 it dosr not have the silicates in it that eats the waterpump impeller
-
You needed to cut them off the front end
you should have taken the rivets out and taken them apart and cut the outer and inner tubed the same amount and then put them back together with new rivets
-
Have a 392 stroker, just wondering what you guys run front and rear and what type of riding you do. Plan on going to silver lake 2014!
I have simular motor and I run 16 f and 41 r with 21" hauler paddles at silverlake.
-
why do you have mulyiple plates? if you use good quality gaskets it should not be a problem. you could get ahold of a shop that rebuilds air compressors they can get hard gasket material.
-
use silicone grease on the o rings and work them around, they fit. do not cut them.
-
popssibly an air leak, or throttle cable hung up.
-
talk to who is doing your porting. fast racing sells new kehins for around $350 a pair . I would offer him $150 at the most
-
our 421 with 21cc domes has 175 comp. you have low comp. you should do a leak down, sounds like an airleak on left side.
-
had a great time over the 4th
-
I know the tm carbs are a tight fit with the old fmf pipes. you have to angle them a little bit.
-
if you want to go fast!!!! if not buy a 4poke. and watch us all pass you.

all loaded up and ready to head to the dunes tomorrow,
-
shorten the silencer 3 inches, it will sound better
New Clutch ?
in Technical Info

down load a manual and do it yourself. Fast racing has a very good clutch, and the hubs and basket if you need them too.
google search free banshee manual. or go to a book store and buy a clymers manual.
theese things are easy to work on.
