  3. X2 From JBOOKER82 Yep it is a inconvenience now just to pull the key out and replace it with a oem one. It will be much easer to do on the bench when you tearing the motor apart to replace the crank cause the key sheared and mess the crank taper up. ALSO X2
  4. Plug wire no. But the coil wire ORG wire to + & the BLK wire to -. Some shee are switch around. If yours coil wire are switch move them back to ORG to+ & so on. Do a plug check some time you may need to go up a jet size.
  5. X2 above Here is my 2 bits. Up the jets start at #330, what pilots are you running? Maybe starts 27.5 or 30.pilots. You sound lean. Due a plug chop. Check out the MSD wiring, battery & the hole shot switch. Or just go back to the stock CDI box. Go from there.
  6. I would like to see fuel injection on the banshee. If you do start that build post it up.
  7. I use the ultra gray. I like it the best.
  8. Had the same thing happen to me after washing the shee. .I pulled the stator cover off , dry everything well & she fired right up like old times. Try re-seal the stator cover .

  10. My sand tire are offset & I haven't noticed any increased bump steer with them. Butt they are my sand set up. Just my opinion.
  11. Above X2 I got my tool from F.A.S.T. Jeff ran me through it on the phone. Really cleaned up the way the shee runs.

  14. I will have to look him up. I will need my elkas rebuilt this witter. looks like nice work.
  15. Yes you are right it is sketchy. But it worked, It did take me some time work up the balls to drill it. But it did save me a tear down. Also grease on the drill & a good flushing is the key. I flushed it to a clean can & there was no chips. When it needs a rebuild that will tell the truth if it was all worth it.
  16. Yes I did drill through. I just put grease on the drill bit. That keeps the chips from going inside trans. Then I just flushed it out with parts cleaner. GOOD TO GO. I have not had any problems with it. That was about a year ago.
  17. Sound good . I will also keep a look out for you too.
  18. I had the same thing on my case . I welded it up with out pulling the motor down. Just drain the oil & clean the case really good & drilled out the ends of the crack to stop it from getting bigger. Then I welded it up. I use a MIG with aluminum wire.
  19. Well you know how it goes all in at the start & some time just you at the end. I will keep a look out for you. Here is a pix of my shee. I have not order BHQ sicker yet. Just need to get off my ass.
