Ok I just did a top end rebuild, leak down test had a leak around the intake boot got that fixed. I put the engine back in torqued the engine to spec filled the radiator with coolant, now I have a leak from two bolts that are between the tension rods. The bolts are in line with each other almost middle of the tension rods. Does this sound like I have seal leaking in side the bottom end? Or do i just need some type of seal around the bolts? Or something else? Thanks for your help.

Ok well it looks like I'm doing to send it to a site sponsor to get done. I dont know anybody where i live that will do a good job.

Is it ok if the ports on the inside of the cylinders aren't chamfered? Would you run it like that? Thanks.

I bought Vforce 3 reeds need to know do i need to cut the tabs just low enough where they are under the gasket. Also should i use copper spray on the gaskets? Thanks

Is Namura top end gasket kit any good? I seen it on ebay for under $14 Or Vito's top end gasket kit? Thanks for the help!

Im in the process of putting my banshee back together, just got it powder coated. I will do suspension later this winter. here where its at now. My banshee is bored .60 over do i need to use a metal type gasket or just a oem type gasket for the base jugs and top. Also do I need to use any type of silicone on the gasket or just the gasket alone. Thanks

Sorry for the dumb question but when you bore the jugs over do you need to bore the domes as well?
