    I would go with 21cc domes. Im at 300ft above sea level & i have 20cc domes + 3 timing & I have to burn race fuel.

    I wear long sleeve shirt under my jeresy. Boots & riding pants too, once I get riding hard the cold doesn't even bother me.

    Dont give up on the 28's you will love them. Mine tuned out way easier then the stockers could ever dream of, I bet you have a air leak as well.
