I did what you said and tapped out the screw holes in the back plate and put bigger screws. I've rode it for about 10 hours with no problem. I'm only pushing around 50 HP so I don't think I'll have a problem. Thanks for the advise

See the 1/8 to 1/4 inch space on the bottom of the radiator in the top pic ( it's hard to judge how big of a gap it is in the pic). My radiator did not have this gap. The core went all the way flush to the aluminum. I don't think this will affect the rad holding pressure but it looks cheap. I have shitty welds as well.

I have an aggressive port job and run toomey tr6 I'm very disappointed with them. There's a flat spot when I'm high in the rpm and shift. I got a great deal on them but if I could go back I wouldn't have bought them. So do yourself a favor and don't get the tr6 especially if you have port work. They are not designed for a modded motor

You might want to check your impeller and see if it moving. There's a plastic gear that drives it it could be melted or fucked up.
