If it was the compression it would need a fresh top end?

I looking to buy a banshee and found one i really like. The only issue with it is, you have to push start it cold. After its been running it starts first kick but when cold it has to be push started. Should I stay away from this bike? Could it just simply be a jetting issue? Or could it be something major? I runs like a beast, just hard to start. Thanks Guys

are you running yfz shocks? i have a built yfz so i already have all the parts laying around.

so if i buy +2 +1 arms made for the shee i can fit yfz shocks with no prob? also is there a rear shock out there that is compatible?

i am getting ready to do a full yfz conversion to my shee i have access to all front end parts. so if i do yfz a arms, rotors, hubs, spindles, brake lines, shocks and +2 banshee tie rods will i have to do any cutting to my frame at all? also can i not use yfz stock tie rods? will they not work with the banshee sterring stem? i used the search function and the info was too spread out and i need a answer fast to begin my build. thanks

2001 banshee. leaks oil some where from rear of motor. fmf fatty's with toomy silencers. stroker crank. boost bottle. will crank on first or second kick. its missing some odd and end bolts. needs some one that knows how to work on a banshee and thats not me. lol . got it on a trade and basically have $1000 in it. so basically thats what i have to get out of it. ill entertain all offers though. located in Georgia
