    Wicked arms are good. They fab. them to order and lots of people like em. I just got mine and had them out for 1 weekend and they seemed good to me. If u weigh over 150 I would recommend shocks too. The stock ones are really soft when extended out with the arms.
  2. You might want to call cascade and see if they even make them, I was in there a week ago to see if they had them for trinities and they dont make those. I think they only make them for T5,6 Shearer and CPI. Give em a shout.
  3. Try cleaning the pilot jet. If ur bike won't idle, there maybe some crap in there. I bet if you pull the choke out a click you will lose the bog. As for your jetting, put it how it was when the bike ran good and just do a plug chop to dial it in lovely. Hope this helps man. You should get more feedback on this as well.
  4. I ride with my backpack all the time. I usually carry a few plugs, wrench, zip ties and a pair of vise-grips, tow straps and some other misc. stuff. Can't even tell it's there but if I foul a plug, break a shift lever or whatever, I got a little something to get me or whoever back to camp. Oh yeah, and a bottle or 2 of water. I'm the only one out of my group that rides with it, but I'm also the only one that gets to drink water when we stop.
  5. Got the rebuild kits, Just put needle and seats in. Bike was fine at winchester but I got home, washed it and fired it up. As soon as I shut it off, shit started leaking out of the overflow all over again. I am just going to replace everything now. Any Ideas to why this is happening again after being fine all weekend?
  6. Why did I sell my Yfz???? I missed out on the deal of a lifetime not being able to trade this dude. I dont even have enough from the sale to put a down payment on that monster! I hope that ad is meant to be a joke cuz it sure is.
  7. What's up fellas, here is my dilemma. I had a problem last week where my float got stuck (right carb as that overflow tube was leaking) so I cleaned the hell out of my carb, and everything seemed to be fine. Took a little stroll on it around the block, parked it, shut the gas off and BAM! like magic the same shit happened to the other side. I repeated the process and all seemed to be fine. Went to Sand lake for a test/tune ride and on day 2 the right side is leaking again. I tried all the tricks(clean bowls, tapped it with a screwdriver etc.) so now I am really just wondering what is causing this problem so I can stop treating the symptoms. or is my only hope to keep doing the same thing all the time? Thanks in advance for your input.

  9. Whats up HQ, I am looking to plan a huge riding trip for next year and am wondering what to hit up between portland, or and Glamis. MY buddy is going to ship out his shee from NY( maybe a few others too) and I want to make sure this is going to be the baddest riding road trip we can make it. I am looking into it real early so we can all be as prepared as possible since it wont be cheap. I plan on hitting up florence, coos and winchester in oregon. All I know of in Cali is pismo and Glamis but am mainly unsure about whats in between Oregon and pismo. I plan on it costing quite a bit of cash and going for 2+ weeks. If all goes as planned I will for sure look to meet up with fellow HQers on the way. Thanks for the info.

  11. What's up Hq. I just got my shee last month for pretty cheap. It is stock but the guy had 10paddle extremes. Unfortunately for me you get what you pay for and I had to replace a bunch of misc. crap that I didn't originally intend to so my build is on temporary hold. The bunghole I bought it off of mainly rode trails so he had 13 41 gearing. I planned on doing some work instead of replacing stuff. Anyways, I am looking to head to winchester soon so I put her back together until my moneys right again. so for the question. I put timing at plus 4 and still has fmf fattys on it. Am I gonna have problems getting around on these with my stock motor or will I be fine? I know for my intendedbuild they will b ok. Stock swinger, me 220lbs and back to stock gearing. Thanks for the help.
  12. In all seriousness, try cleaning the carbs, and make sure they are synced. Does it have any issues running/idling? Sounds like you need to synch ur carbs. Just pull the air filter(or pods) off and look at the slides. see how they sit just as they are. Mess with the adj. screws on the carb tops to line them up. give it a little throttle to barely raise the slides up and see if they move evenly and together. Should fix the problem. you might have to adjust the throttle cable on the throttle body too. Make sure the slides go all the way up and at the same time should fix ya up. Anyone else got any ideas do chime in. Hope this helps
  13. Did you pick that bike up? The main thing I would question is if there isn't something wrong with it, why is the motor pulled. Sounds to me like a shady deal.

  16. Yeah man. I got black frame with yellow front fender(aftermarket pre cut. Maybe laker?) anyways 03 LE shroud and the rest black. Not bad, thats how I bought it a few weeks ago. It looks pretty good but I been waiting for a good deal on a new black front and yellow shroud. I tried to upload a pic 4ya but its saying the file is to big. Dont know why?
  17. Just wanted to say whats up to everyone here. New to the site but not new to riding. I would put up a pic of her but she's naked and waiting for more $$$. Heres my plan by next year. Nothing too crazy but here's what I had in mind. Its a 03 LE dune ported cylinders(currently stock on original bore) Cool head w/ 20cc domes Probably T5s with cascade silencers(not into tickets) Wicked +2+1 arms +4 axle. Maybe LSR??? or if I find a sweet deal for something else. Heard G force was a good bang for buck Full Elka suspension Supreme black Powder on the frame (dupont color) All black plastics with yellow shroud. May not have it all by this summer but I will be riding it even if it means slappin her back together stock.
  18. Ya, this is a terrible thing. I just got back into the sport last summer after some time off since I moved up to the PNW from NY. I always used to dream of the dunes when I was a kid and now Im here and they want to start shutting it down??!?!?! Once it starts fellas, they won't be satisfied until there is nowhere to ride. The more they close down, the higher probability of accidents cuz everyone will be crammed in one spot. (then oooo its too dangerous, ya cuz you bastards made it that way!) Eventually we will alll be getting chased by police for riding where we are not "supposed" to. I bought a yfz for last season(4 poke I know) to adjust to sand and now got a 03 shee that I am working on and I will be furious if they shut us down. OR dunes rock and we need to keep it that way. Its bad enough no good pipes are DB legal unless you give them cascade fellas a paycheck for silencers (good ppl though lol). I was supposed to do some work around the house but I might have to grab my neighbor/riding buddy and head down there. Good point too on the business owners out this way. In a struggling economy lets go ahead and put more businesses under. Well Im taking the drive from Portland to stand up for us all Saturday so I can take the drive when its time to ride.
  19. I would like to announce that this is my first post on HQ although I always look stuff up by confirming that Blue Magic is the shit. A polishing bit on a drill w/ the magic and boo yeah. You won't regret it.
