  1. Thanks guys. I'll clean the pilot and let you know.
  2. I really need some help. I've read the articles on rejetting but I'm still stuck. I have a 2001 with a DG exhaust and type 2 oval silencers. I'm running without the airbox lid and I have the K&N air filter with outerwear. The engine has been bored 50 over (I don't know if that makes a difference.) I went with a 27.5 pilot and 300 mains. I'm 869 feet above sea level and the temp is 50-80. The jugs are not ported. Anyway, my problem is I can't get it to idle for crap. When I give it gas it seems like it's bogging down and then when I rev it up it goes away but does it again if I let off the gas and try it again. I went back to the stock 25 on the pilot and that didn't help. Can someone help me out?
  3. I was wondering if someone knew of a link for a video on how to sync carbs with a vacuum
  4. I am running the lid and the jugs are not ported.
  5. Thanks. The elevation is 869 and the outside temp. is 50
  6. I have a 2001 Banshee and the only mods I have are a DG exhaust with type 2 silencers, a K&N air filter kit and the cylinders have been bore 50 over. A friend told me the overbore didnt make that much of a difference. Anyways, I need help on what settings or sizes I need on the jetting. I have read a little on how to rejet but I was wondering if someone else with the similar setup could help me with a better starting point.
