Hey guys ive got a 2000 model shee just replaced the fly wheel and stator . i pulled the cover off after about 2 tanks of fuel to inpect, ive only been rideing it on pavement I noticed that comeing out of the center of the fly wheel where the rivets are there is some black dust?? not sure what this is from. the inside of the cover is clean and the gasket isnt cracked or broken.. any ideas of what this might be? just had to replace the stator again for the third time the last one burnt in half (all the stators that whent bad was ricky stators) now back with oem stator and fly wheel would like to hear what you guys have to say thanks.. Hey guys i have a 2000 shee and am running a dyna box with a nology coil and wires, just was wondering if anyone know how much curve 3 on the dyna box advances the timing? just was wondering so i know what to advance the plate too. i currantly am runnig it on +3 on curve 3 with 111 octane @ 180 psi compression on both sides. tell me what you guys think, thanks for the input

I HAVE A 00 BANSHEE IT HAS PLEANTY OF BOTTOM END BUT AS SOON AS IT HITS THE POWER BAND OR WHAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE POWER BAND IT SEEMS TO START CUTTING OUT REAL BAD BUT WHEN YOU STOP IT WILL IDLE WITH NO PROBLEM AND STARTS WITH NO PROBLEM// I JUST REPLACED THE STATOR WITH A NEW RICKY STATOR AND TRIED THE CDI BOX BUT STILL HAVEING THE SAME PROBLEM. THE EMERGANCY BRAKE CABLE IS GONE AND IT HAS THE TORS KIT ON IT ANY IDEAS?? THANKS FOR THE HELP
  5. have you checked your silencers they could be plugged up i had to re pack mine had the same problem
  6. i have never had good luck at all with vitos machine shop work but other stuff like sprockets brake pads and rotors tors kits all have worked great
  7. anyone know anything about vitos 4mm crank shafts? thanks for all your inputs
  8. that porting job is not rite at all intake side should def not be smooth it needs to be rough to help break up the fuel and air and exaust side needs to be smooth so it doesnt have carbin build up on it send those cylnders to jeff at fast racing he will deff hook you up with the proper port job
