  1. Im selling my 1997 Jeep Cherokee Country. Its fully loaded with power everything, AC, 4.0HO, automatic tranny, NP231 transfer case. The suspension in front consists of a D44 HP out of a 1979 bronco with 4.88 gears and an auburn ECTED selectable locker. The coils are 8" skyjacker with a 2" coil spacer. The shocks are fox 2.0"x14" stroke remote reservoirs. Rubicon express longarm crossmember with custom made control arms that utilize the factory bronco control arm mounts on the axle. The rear has a 31 spline 9" out of the same bronco, with matching 4.88 gears and a detroit locker as well as alloy axle shafts. The rear leafs are Deaver 5.5's with a 2" block and 3" custom built boxed shackles. The rear has the ford explorer disc brake conversion and this thing stops on a dime. The wheels are 15x10 black steelies with 37x12.50x15 goodyear MT/R tires. I also have a fullsize spare. The motor has a cold air intake, EDGE billet 62mm throttle body, throttle body spacer, EDGE trail jammer computer chip, banks stainless header, full stainless mandrel bent exhaust with magnaflow stainless muffler. The interior is grey and I had the front suspension seats custom made to match the factory grey. The stereo is a pioneer premier top of the line F-90 with bluetooth, navigation, SIRIUS satellite radio, IPOD integration, USB drive, miniSD card port, its the most bad ass head unit ever. It powers a two channel and a 4 channel amp which are under the back seat for the kicker speakers and dual kicker 12" subs in custom built fiberglass boxes. Its got a back up camera, undercarriage lighting, fiberglass fenders, and anything you could pretty much want in an off road rig. It is completely reliable, will go down the freeway at 80MPH with no hands on the wheel. Performs amazingly on the trail, in the snow, rocks, sand, and on the road. This is my baby and I dont want to sell it but I want to invest in my business and ya gotta do what ya gotta do sometimes. Im open to trades for MIG TIG welders, plasma cutters, metalworking equipment, or possibly a little daily driver plus cash. I have lots of pics and videos, just shoot me an email. LewSwan@gmail.com
  2. Oh yeah my bad it's a 48mm crank I believe... I got the biggest I could find lol and a 48mm stroke with a 53mm bore comes out to 105cc so thats probably the right one. This bike is licensed in Oregon (portland area) as a 49cc so you dont need any special motorcycle license to ride it. It's got 3750 miles on it, but only a couple hundred of that is on the stroker motor. Luckily these 49cc yamahas are the same basic engine as the 90cc miniquads so I was able to just get all the biggest baddest stuff for a polaris 90 and made it all work This thing is SO fun to ride im gonna miss it!
  3. 2004 Yamaha Zuma 103cc this thing is tricked out to the max, pretty much everything that I could do has been done. The motor has the following done to it: K&N 3"x6" cone filter with Outerwear 30mm OKO carburetor Hi-flow intake manifold Carbon Fiber Melossi Reeds 53mm Athena big bore cylinder (cast iron) (custom ported) 53mm Billet cylinder head (aluminum) 54mm Stroker crankshaft Case mods to fit bigger cylinder and crank Nology amplified plug wire Leo Vince HM70 stainless exhaust pipe with hi-flow muffler Melossi Clutch rollers Melossi Variator complete clutch system Melossi kevlar belt Melossi 3-pad Clutch All motor work was done by Twister Crankshaft in Boring The bodywork has been custom painted and the seat was shaved down a little and has a custom seatcover done by cascade innovations. This scooter has the best of everything I hate to sell it but bills are due and I need the $$. Im asking $1000 for this beast. Email with any questions I have lots more pics too

This setup starts at 3500 bucks and that includes all tubular chromoly a-arms, long travel spindles, steering stem, front frame mods (performed on your stock frame), subframe, rear shock mount relocation, tie rods, and all hardware and heim joints. the upper billet arms are a $750 upgrade and the boxed chromoly lowers are a $1000 upgrade. Its a killer setup and definitely unique
  5. yeah theres actually a lot of work into that frame, that bike is the cleanest SE banshee Ive ever seen, hands down. I didnt build it but I know the guy who did and everything he has is flawless. Too bad he traded it for a rhino lol
  6. The a-arms I build are 3/4" .058" uppers, 7/8" .058" lowers, 3/4" billet tie rods, and 1/2" heim joints instead of ball joints. All tig welded with chromoly rod. I charge $450 and if you ever bend or break one I replace it for free no questions asked
  7. I agree... +2" +1" is a great set up for banshee a-arms for all around riding. it makes the suspension a lot more forgiving and is a totally easy bolt-on upgrade. is your bike a-arm or j-arm?

Thats awesome I wish I knew someone like that, maybe my light bar wouldnt have cost so much LOL no really though its SO bright and I love it. its by far the brightest bike in every night ride group Im in and lots of my buddies run the smaller HID's nobody has the bigger ones though... since Im not running a charging system for my batteries, I really like the fact that it uses such low power, Im able to get a good long night ride before my batteries die. But the one thing that does suck is that since its LED, when the light goes out it goes out without warning... it doesnt get dimmer before it goes out. Do you run a charging system for your batteries or how do you do yours? My first setup was a trail tech battery and capacitor with a bridged ground on a ricky stator high output stator and 4 of the MR16HID's which was a pretty unreliable setup.
  10. This is a nice bike guys Ive seen it in person and its hands down one of the nicest bikes out there on the dunes! Plus its super fast

Its an XTC frame that I extended and built a new engine cradle. 98" wheelbase I believe, full rigid, suspended wheelie bar with fox shock, rack and pinion steering, powdercoated yellow with black accents, barn guys fiberglass with yellow and blue tribal graphics, seat with cascade seatcover, JJ&A rear axle and carrier hard anodized black, etc. Ive got pics at the shop Ill post them monday. As far as price, $14,000 OBO for a complete turnkey bike minus rear tires and wheels
  14. Im getting 24" out of the back and around 16" out of the front with my elkas and over 18" on the red bike with the fox evol's. I actually had to relocate my exhaust up under the seat because the rear caliper hit it on full compression with it was in the stock position. This bike wasnt built with just travel in mind though, it was built with the longest possible arms to reduce wheel scrub throughout range of motion as well as to provide more stability in high speed cornering. The rear is a no-link setup and really works great in the rough stuff... I can go 6th gear pinned through the roughest whoops and its so smooth and stable and that is worth more to me than just a travel number

  18. In the green one Im running an 8mm 72mm bore Twister Small Block motor... its just over 100HP with gobs of torque. The red one has a 4mm stock cylinder motor built by twister and rips also. Im in the process of building two new long travel bikes... one is gonna have either a 4mm or 10mm triple motor with a 3 into 1 inframe pipe, and my buddy is putting a big-bore raptor 700 motor in the other one
  19. yeah motor comes complete ready to run. It actually came out of a complete running bile of which the chassis is for sale also... if anyone is interested I could make a screamin deal on the complete bike. This motor has a standard 2-5 override with first gear taken out and a billet 2nd. I can put a full billet tranny in it but of course the price would have to reflect it. So thats why I figured Id sell it as is and just know that whoever buys it is gonna have to probably buy a full billet tranny.. but once you put that in it you will have a bulletproof motor thats ready to go set some records.
