Sorry, I don't have anything else (plastics, etc...). The quad blew up the 1st ride after I got everything back. In my frustration after spending soo much money , I had it rebuilt then sold it. I don't want to split anything up. I figure if I don't sell everything, it will just force me to find another Banshee.

Hate to do this because these cost me a fortune, but until I find another mint condition Banshee these will just sit. For Sale: ~Roll Design long travel A-arms: Fresh textured black lowers and chrome uppers. These were originally blue, but I didn't like the color, so I sent them back to Roll Design and had them powder coated again. While they were there, they installed new needle bearing/rubber and ball joints. They have only had (1) ride since I got them back. ~Custom Axis Long Travel Shocks: Front and Rear shocks. Rear shock was sent back to Penske/Axis (same time a-arms went out), only have one ride since i got them back. ~(2) Stock hubs with rotors ~(2) Stock front calipers ~(2) YFZ450 dual piston upgrade calipers, this was a great upgrade from stock ~(2) heavy duty tie rods/ends You can buy the a-arms and front shocks for $3,249.00 from Duncan Racing, but that doesn't include the rear shock/hubs/calipers. I have well over 4k in this set-up. All yours for $2,500 + shipping (box will be heavy) No Trades! Located: South Jersey sbzone2002@yahoo.com I'll try to post more pixs up later.

Hmmmmm...still having a problem. - I checked the boots and they are all fine. - I also, double checked the choke tube and that seems to be fine? Is there any type of timing setting I should be looking at on the carb/TORs? There has to be something I am missing? What are some casues for her not to idle? What are some causes for her to start to idle high and seem like the slide could be sticking?

Okay, your going to have to follow me on this one: I have an '06 Banshee which is all sotck with the exception of T5/Boost Bottle and foam filter. Still has the stock carbs and the tors. I installed a rear brake block of plate 3 weeks ago before I put her away. Last week when I went to kick her over, it ran liike crap and I thought I was having catb issues. Long story short it wasn't the carbs, it was the green/yellow wire that I didn't know I was suppose to cut that casued the rev limiter to kick in. Anyway, before I knew that I had already pulled the left carb off and cleaned it. Now here is my problem. - Once I found out all I needed to do was cut the wire. I finished cleaniing the carb put the carb back on and put in 2 new plugs. - When I went to kick her over. She started running like crap again (different kind of crap). - Now she won't stay idle the first few kick, once she gets warm, she'll start to idel but then she'll start to idle really high? - At first when she wouldn't idle, I thought I had a bad seal somewhere from the mid pipe or the the header, but when she finally started to idle high, I didn't think that was the issue anymore? - Before all this she started every 1st and 2nd kick for the last 2 years I've had her. I can't understand how cleaning a carb, installing plugs, installing a block off plate and cutting the green wire could cause her to start giving me problerms? Any suggestions?

I just make to be 100% sure I'm doing the right thing. So, it's the green wire with the yellow tracer in the back the quad coming out of the CDI box? Thanks!

I think you're right on! I just installed the parking block off plate before I put it away. And yes, it has plenty of fuel. The bike starts and idles fine but the minute you hit the throttle it sounds restricted.....HA! i new it wasn't the carbs. So, I have to cut two wires in order to remove the parking brake and install the block off plate?

yes, cleaned carbs before but never anything with tors. Why is there something else I should be looking at

'06 banshee all stock except T5 filter and boost bottle, has stock carbs. I've never had a problem with her before starts every time and has plenty of compression. She has been sitting for 3 weeks on the grab bar. Cleaned her right before I put her away. When I fire her up it's all good but the minute I hit the throttle it just bogs and then goes right back to idle. I let it warm up for a while then put it in gear and she go about 2 feet then bog again and go no where. No matter how much throttle I give it just won't go? Anyone run into this before ?

Anyone know what the dimensions are for the Roll Design long travel a-arms are? Need to order new tie rods and ends. Thanks!

Looking for some suggestions on motor set-up for my stock shee. Looking for a reliable motor with a stock stroke that runs on pump gas, more low and mid range. I do mostly trail and small pit riding. Here is what I have in mind, please let me know if I should look at other alternatives/brands: -Athena 392cc big bore -Pro Design Cool Head -Mild port work for low-mid (not sure who will do this yet, suggestions?) -34 mm carbs (not sure what brand, suggestions?) -Intake manifolds (do I need these? If so, any suggestions ?) -V Force 3 reeds -Reed spacer (do I even need these? If so, what size) -CR twist throttle -Pro Design Mega water pump impeller -Trinity shift cam (is this really necessary?) -Nology Hot wire & coil (anyone use these before?) -+ 4 Adjustable timing plate -Pro Circuit or FMF (which ones, others? I have T5’s but heard they are only good for stock) - What else am I missing?????? Here is what I already have: -’06 Shee SE - Roll Design A-arms - LSR Rear Axle - Custom Axis front and rear - T5’s with boost bottle - YFZ450 front calipers Thanks!

Without using any special tools, what is the easiest way to remove the tie ends from the steering stem and the spindles? A little tap of the hammer is not working! Also, who makes a decent pair of +2 rods with tie ends? Thanks! RC

Anyway to know for sure w/o having to pull the motor and split the cases? Isn't it more common for 1st-2nd to go first?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me diagnose a problem I am having. I have an '06 Se with 30-40 hrs on it. Lately when I've been drag racing my buddy's I've been having issues shifting into the higher gears (5th & 6th). 1st - 3rd shift fine, 4th is a little tough but when I get into 5th and 6th, it seems like it's stuck and I have nothing left. At first I thought I was having issues with my boots and the nerf bars, so I removed the nerf bars but it didn't solve the problem? any suggestions? Thanks! RC
