Winchester Bay is awesome riding! The first staging are you come too at Winchester is free...it's a county park,....the next staging area down at the end of the road is federal, so there is a $5.00 day use charge FYI. Further south is Spinreel, then houser, then hoserfall in that order, all have staging use areas. Have fun!

Can you post pics of the stock carbs? What's there condition? Is the plunger good? Do you have a throttle cable?

I have a like new Marvin Shaw Rear Chrome Shock with approximately 5 hours ride time on it. It's in sweet condition with the piggyback res!
It's been valved for an 8 inch over swing arm. Works with stock swing arm linkage positions. Nothing wrong with it, perfect condition, just decided to go with a different setup.

I would not risk it with venting issues. Drill out your cap as big as you can and run a free flow hose. No venting issues ever over those check valve crap caps.

Hello, I am fairly new to the forum and am looking for some advise on extending my swing arm. I am about a 195lb rider and am wanting to know if I will have to modify my stock rear shock at all with going +4 longer. I hear a lot about changing springs and such, so just wanting to know what I will be getting myself into.

I would say Winchester or horsefall...... probably more horsefall boxcar for drag racing! There is an official drag strip down at horsefall, haven't seen it yet it's new. Winchester is mostly hillclimbs, bowls, and trails. At Winchester all the way at the end staging there is a flat section where people bring it and race...
